Once your registration has been processed, the MMCC will send an approval email. This email will also contain an MMCC identification number, which will be important in the next step.

Once you have been certified, the MMCC will mail your medical cannabis ID card. In the meantime, you may visit a dispensary with your MMCC Certification or a temporary ID card (printable from your MMCC patient portal).
Visit A Dispensary
The final step is to visit a dispensary. Once you have obtained both your registration and certification, you can now shop at local dispensaries.
It is important to note that medical cannabis treatment is a personalized journey. Medical cannabis patients have the freedom to tailor their medicines in a unique way. We recommend brushing up on some cannabis basics before your first visit to a dispensary.

Residency Requirements
You must be a Maryland resident. A photo ID with your current address will suffice for proof.
Age Requirements
There is a minimum age requirement of 18 at the time of registration. If you are under 18, you will also need a guardian or parental figure as your caregiver.
Qualifying Conditions

Woodmore is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP 86710) in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 4,513. The CDP is located within the boundaries of Route 193 (Enterprise Road) to the west, Church Road to the east, Route 214 (Central Avenue) to the south and Route 50 to the north. Woodmore Road runs east and west through the center. It contains a large gated community and country club, developments of Woodmore Meadows, and Woodmore South on the south side, as well as various other custom built homes and farmland. Off Enterprise Road sits the development of Kingsford. It is contiguous with Mitchellville, Maryland CDP, and historically had a Mitchellville mailing address, for many years served by the South Bowie/Mitchellville Post Office with zip code 20721 and has been considered part of Mitchellville. The Woodmore and Mitchellville community is notable as one of the most affluent predominantly African-American communities in the United States.The gated community "Woodmore" is centered on the Country Club at Woodmore. The community is planned to consist of 398 single-family homes on 799 acres (3.2 km2). Six Flags America is within the boundaries of the CDP. == History == The first colonial owner of the Woodmore site was Thomas Spriggs, who in 1698 acquired 500 acres (2.0 km2) of what was then known as the forest of Prince George's County in the Crown Colony of Maryland.
